When you smile, the muscle that lifts your upper lip can pull just a little too high — exposing more gum than tooth. For some patients, this is part of who they are. For others, it bothers them every time they see a photograph.
A small, precise dose of anti-wrinkle injection into that muscle relaxes it just enough that the lip doesn't curl quite as high — meaning more tooth, less gum, and a more proportional smile. The treatment takes minutes, lasts 3–4 months, and is fully reversible. It is the gentlest first step before considering anything more permanent like gum shaping.

Carefully placed, anatomy-led doses by Dr. Albert in a calm clinical setting. Most treatments take 15–30 minutes. No downtime. You can return to normal life immediately.
Settle & Review
Anti-wrinkle injections develop over 5–14 days. We invite you back for a short complimentary review at 2 weeks to make any small adjustments — restraint never means under-treated.
Dermal fillers
Subtle volume, dissolvable always.
We use only hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers — the same substance your skin already produces, in a gel form that adds gentle volume where it's needed. HA fillers are the most natural-looking on the market, and crucially, they are fully dissolvable — if anything ever needed to be reversed, it can be.
We use HA fillers for natural lip enhancement and to soften lines around the lips. We do not do permanent fillers. We do not do mass-volume "trout pout" lips. We do not do clinic-shopper packages. Restraint is the philosophy here too.

No. Restraint is the philosophy. We dose for natural movement and proportional balance — your expressions stay yours, the lines just soften. If you want a stronger result over time, we can build to it; but we never start there.
How long do anti-wrinkle injections last?
Typically 3–4 months for most patients. Masseter (jawline slimming) often lasts a little longer. Many patients return on a quarterly cadence; others top up only twice a year.
Do anti-wrinkle injections hurt?
Anti-wrinkle injections use a very fine needle — most patients describe it as a brief pinch, no more. Filler areas can be numbed with topical anaesthetic for comfort.
Why have facial aesthetics with a dentist?
