Complaints
If something hasn't gone the way we hoped, we want to be the first to know. Most concerns are resolved quickly and informally by simply telling us — and raising one will never affect the standard of care you receive.
Complaints about dental care
Dr. Albert practises at Smile Rooms Windsor, and the practice handles complaints about dental treatment under its own written complaints procedure. That procedure applies to any care provided there, including treatment carried out by Dr. Albert.

How to raise it
You can raise a concern with the practice in whichever way suits you best:
- Speak to a member of the team in person at reception
- Telephone the practice on 01753 331 081, or email info@smilerooms.co.uk
- Write to the Practice Manager at Smile Rooms, 44 Peascod Street, Windsor, SL4 1DE
You're also very welcome to speak to Dr. Albert directly. Often the quickest route to putting something right is simply raising it at your next appointment.
What happens next
The practice's procedure sets out its timescales — broadly, a written acknowledgement within a couple of working days and a full response following investigation. The practice policy is the authoritative version and takes precedence over this summary.
If you're not satisfied
If you've been through the practice's procedure and remain unhappy, you can take a complaint about private dental treatment to the Dental Complaints Service. It's free, impartial, and funded by the General Dental Council.
